Our passion is executive coaching and leadership development. For over 20 years, we have worked with leaders, managers, professionals and coaches in independent, fast-growing and newly-merged organizations of all sizes. We have built a strong network with many coaches throughout Canada to support your needs.

We have worked countless hours in service to organizations, teams and individual leaders to enhance their skills, competencies and capacity. Our clients are in Dubai, Paris, Belgium, the UK, all over Canada and the US. We have mentored coaches in 62 countries. Our experience spans many industries and various levels of leadership. Diane has a strong commitment to the coaching profession and is recognized as a highly respected leader in the growth and development of coaches, offering a comprehensive and well-received Mastery in Coaching program for coaches and for leaders who want to use coaching competencies in their organization. In 2015, the ICF Executive honored Diane by establishing the “Diane Bonneau Coach Development Scholarship” to acknowledge and recognize “Diane’s extraordinary contributions to the ICF Calgary Chapter and the coaching community.”

Diane demonstrates her commitment to authentic leadership and lifelong learning through her extensive involvement in the coaching community. Not only is she a CoachU Certified Graduate, an International Coach Federation Master Certified Coach and a Professional Mentor Coach, she is also Past-President of the ICF Calgary Chapter and a member of faculty for CoachU.

Originally from Montreal, Diane moved to Calgary in 1978. She worked in Human Resources, paused her career to raise two daughters and later worked as Area Manager for a technology company and trained in corporate hotels across Canada. Her journey led her to executive coaching 20 years ago when she started her own company. In her free time, Diane is an avid reader, takes painting lessons and goes for long walks along the river to observe nature.
