DiSC Behavioral Assessment
The foundation of personal and professional success lies in understanding yourself, understanding others, and realizing the impact of your personal behavior on others. The DiSC assessment is based on four behavioral tendencies. Through learned behavior, we each have one that we prefer. When people understand their preferred style they become aware of their natural strengths, limitations and tendencies and can use that information to further "round" their behavior. This multi-level learning instrument provides feedback designed to help people in organizations to:
• Discover behavioral strengths;
• Build productive teams;
• Develop effective managers;
• Reduce frustration and conflict.
Each style has a preferred method when being asked questions, being given feedback, solving problems and making decisions, managing stress and time, and leading and managing others.
