It is easy to communicate well when we are feeling great. But in stressful situations, all kinds of communication breakdowns can occur while:

•    Giving a critical performance review
•    Saying no to someone
•    Confronting disrespectful behavior
•    Setting boundaries
•    Asking for your needs to be met

We all must deal with difficult conversations at work and at home. We sometimes attempt them; we often avoid them. The challenge in communication is that everyone has a different picture of reality based on different perspectives, information, and perceptions.

Coaching Designs International helps you develop a process to facilitate these conversations. Depending upon your situation, you may wish to participate in a team session if you want to facilitate open dialogue and involve a team or group of people. Coaching takes you through a discovery process so you can go beyond your assumptions:
